Hey Everyone, Ricky Dean here and for the Month of November, I have joined the Mission 22 challenge. Every day we lose over 20 veterans to suicide due to PTSD or Traumatic Brain Injuries.

So every day this month I’m committing to doing 22 pushups a day to help in the prevention of these Veteran suicides and raise funds for the treatment of PTSD & TBI’s.
